Leah brings a unique and deeply embodied approach to her Sunday Reset classes, weaving together movement, breathwork, mindfulness, and energy healing. Her journey began with over six years as an aerial dancer and teacher, working with both adults and children. Through training and teaching diverse body types and abilities, Leah developed a profound understanding of the body’s muscle groups, movement patterns, and the importance of tuning into the body with awareness. This foundation naturally guided her towards becoming a yoga teacher, where she now integrates her background in anatomy, physiology, and energy healing to create a practice that is both grounding and restorative.
Leah’s teachings are also deeply influenced by her time spent in monasteries across Ireland, in the jungles of Chiang Mai, Thailand, where she studied with monks and nuns from various Buddhist traditions and on the beaches in India where she learned from her yoga teachers. These immersive experiences in meditation, mindfulness, and spiritual practice have shaped the gentle, reflective quality of her classes.
In her Sunday Reset Classes, Leah invites students to slow down, connect with their breath, and move with intention. Each class is designed to release tension, cultivate balance, and guide students into deeper presence; not just physically, but mentally and energetically. Her unique blend of movement, meditation, and subtle energy practices creates a nurturing space for students of all levels to reconnect with themselves and step into the week ahead feeling calm, centered, and renewed.
